PTAB Training: March 10, 2026

We are pleased to announce that the Professional Technical Advisory Board (PTAB)will conduct a virtual training session on Tuesday, March 10 at 12:00pm. This training, held pursuant to Section 13-1-117.2 NMSA 1978, will cover the follow topics:

• What projects are subject to the Procurement Code
• Specific requirements for solicitation of contracts for professional services
• Role of PTAB under the Procurement Code
• Typical issues in the procurement of professional services

We encourage you to share this information with eligible members of your firm who meet the following criteria:

• Licensed professionals with residency in New Mexico
• Senior firm members with at least ten years of experience in responsible charge
