The Aspiring Principals Program (APP) is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders within ACEC New Mexico member firms. This multi-session program provides emerging leaders with practical insight into the business, leadership, and strategic responsibilities involved in running a successful engineering firm.
Through a combination of expert-led sessions, industry panels, and peer networking, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how engineering firms operate beyond project delivery — from financial performance and risk management to business development and leadership.
