2026 ACEC New Mexico Salary Survey

The ACEC New Mexico Salary Survey provides member firms with reliable, New Mexico–specific benchmarking data on compensation, benefits, and salary practices across engineering, surveying, planning, and professional support roles. The report is designed to help firms make informed decisions about compensation structures, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning in a competitive labor market.

The value of the survey depends on strong participation from ACEC New Mexico member firms. The more firms that contribute data, the more accurate and meaningful the results become for the industry as a whole. All responses are confidential and will be reported only in aggregate to protect individual firm information.

Participating firms will receive access to the full survey report, including salary ranges, experience benchmarks, and benefits practices across a broad range of positions.

We encourage every member firm to participate and help strengthen this important industry resource.
